Pricing
Priced once, not per screen
Per-screen subscriptions are how signage becomes expensive at exactly the moment it becomes useful. This is not that.
One licence
The whole system, on your server
A single price for the software, installed on infrastructure you control. There is no metering, no seat count, and nothing that stops working if you do not renew.
What is included
- The admin panel, the Android player and the web player
- Unlimited screens — the fiftieth costs what the fifth did
- Unlimited users, with five roles
- Emergency alerting, scheduling, playlists and media
- The fleet provisioning script for large rollouts
- Deployment scripts for shared hosting, VPS and Docker
- The signing key, so you can build and update the app yourself
What is not
- Your hosting — you choose it and you own it
- The televisions, and any Android boxes you need
- Ongoing management of your server
What it costs
Quoted per estate
Because a five-screen clinic and a two-hundred-screen campus are not the same conversation, and pretending otherwise with a public price list would be worse for both of them.
Tell us how many screens you have and where they are. You will get a number, not a discovery call.
Running cost after that
Your hosting, and nothing else. Shared hosting starts at a few dollars a month and runs twenty-five screens; a VPS at around ten runs far more.
Hosting optionsThe arithmetic
Where per-screen pricing goes
At twenty dollars per screen per month — which is ordinary for hosted signage — this is what an estate costs to keep running.
| Screens | Hosted signage, per year | This, per year |
|---|---|---|
| 10 | $2,400 | Hosting only |
| 25 | $6,000 | Hosting only |
| 50 | $12,000 | Hosting only |
| 100 | $24,000 | Hosting only |
The licence is a one-off on top of the first year. The point of the table is the slope, not the exact figure — per-screen pricing punishes you for the thing you wanted to do, which is add screens.

No open demo, no sign-up wall — a person reads every request.
