The short version
These cover this website and any demo we give you. Your licence to the software itself is a separate agreement, and we will send it to you before you buy anything.
This website
The content here describes the product as it is at the time of writing. We keep it accurate, including the parts about what the product cannot do, but nothing on a marketing page forms a contract.
Demo access
A demo system is provided for evaluation. It is not for production use, we may reset it, and we ask that you do not share the login. Anything you upload to a demo may be deleted when the evaluation ends.
The software
Licensed per organisation, installed on infrastructure you control. You own your content and your data, entirely and at all times — it is on your server. The full licence terms are provided before purchase rather than buried behind a checkbox.
Support
Support arrangements are agreed separately. Self-hosting means you own the server; what we are on the hook for is written down rather than assumed by either side.
